For sale is a unused Intelligrated MDR 24 volt motor driven roller conveyor. 33" over all width x 12' length. We currently have thousands of feet of this conveyor in stock. Contact us for current inventory counts and for large quantity orders.

This is new, unused, conveyor from a large company that bought too much and never installed it. It is top of the line zero pressure conveyor. To order this from Intelligrated would cost over $5000 per 12' bed. It is powered by one 24 volt motor roller per 36" zone. All of the rollers are 1.9" diameter set at 3" centers.

The rollers are set high in frame allowing product to overhang rollers if needed. The diffuse photo eyes are mounted between the rollers and look up at an angle to cover the entire bed width without the need for reflectors. They are top of the line Sick brand. It currently has I/O wiring installed for PLC control but that can easily be removed and the smart control cards can be used by themselves with no PLC control and still allow for zero pressure functionality.
